General Bookings

All spaces within the facility will be online bookable and available for community group usage also. This includes the auditorium, meeting rooms, board rooms, seminar spaces and the commercial kitchen. The aim for community use is to maintain rates on par with the original hall and we are working with the Clutha District Council around continuing the rebate scheme that was in place previously.


The Clutha District War Memorial & Community Centre has some tenancy spaces available. They are identified on the floor plans. A large part of the space allocated on the first floor is a business hub that will include some small tenanted office spaces, co-working – spaces, including hot desks and permanent desks in the open plan space. There will be access to the facilities meeting spaces spread throughout the facility. A welcome kitchen, fibre backed wifi access, and print access will be included as part of the managed environment.
